In this publication the authors Tom Bergevoet en Maarten van Tuijl widen their methodological analysis from their successful Dutch publication de Flexibele Stad, to the European scale. They present a toolbox that is able to turn the new assignment into a success. European cities are compared, similarities and trends are identified and concrete examples are described in detail.
